Floor Manager – Premier Hotel Opening | New York City, NY
Join the opening team of a new, upscale hotel in New York City as a Floor Manager and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience across multiple outlets. We are seeking an experienced, service-focused leader who can oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, mentor staff, and ensure smooth, efficient, and elevated service at all times.

Oversee daily operations of the hotel’s dining outlets, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Lead, train, and mentor front‑of‑house staff to deliver impeccable, upscale service
Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow to optimize operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards
Work closely with culinary and management teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive hotel reputation
Qualifications
3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in upscale hotel or restaurant operations
Strong understanding of upscale service standards and staff training methodologies
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑outlet environment
Experience in pre‑opening or new openings is a plus
