Conduct assessments and design personalized treatment plans.
Lead and refine ABA programs with fidelity and innovation.
Supervise and mentor RBTs, fostering growth and excellence.
Track progress, analyze data, and adapt plans proactively.
Partner with families to ensure cohesive, compassionate care.
Contribute to team meetings and help shape our evolving practices.
Uphold ethical standards and stay current with best practices.
What You Bring
Active BCBA certification through the BACB
Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Strong ABA knowledge and clinical experience
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Experience with EHR and data collection tools
Parent training and family support expertise
Specialized skills in verbal behavior, social skills, or complex needs
