Security Officer - Residential Access Specialist

Palm City, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in residential settings. You will monitor, patrol, and control access to the residential community to deter incidents and provide a welcoming presence.

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations.
Verify credentials and grant entry to authorized individuals.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and following protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and report irregularities.
Observe and report suspicious activity or security concerns to management or law enforcement as needed.
Maintain detailed logs and records of activities, incidents, and access control operations.
Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and property management to address concerns and provide information.
Minimum Requirements
At least 21 years of age.
Guard Card or license preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Subject to background investigation as required by law.
Subject to drug screen as permitted by law.
Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
License requirements subject to state/local laws.
