We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 4–10 years of experience in Water/Wastewater, with potential involvement in production management, project management, contracting, mentoring, and client management.
Essential Job Functions
Work independently while collaborating effectively with the Wilson & Company team.
Conduct client business development and marketing, including attending local industry conferences and seminars.
Leverage strong intrapersonal and communication skills to manage and grow business client relationships.
Apply proven teamwork and problem‑solving skills in project execution.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and maintain a strong work ethic.
Required Experience
BS in Civil Engineering or a Water Resources emphasis.
4+ years of relevant experience.
PE License (required).
Proficiency with plan production in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Knowledge of MicroStation and InRoads is a plus.
Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations and technical report writing is a plus.
Annual Salary Range:
$79,000 – $135,000
