Technical Product Support Representative
Join Our Team as a Technical Support Specialist! Are you passionate about solving problems and creating exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a knack for troubleshooting electronics and providing top‑notch support? If so, we want YOU on our team!
What You’ll Do
Deliver outstanding technical support via phone and email
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and tools
Answer product questions on features, benefits, installation, and compatibility
Assist customers with warranty repairs and replacements
Document processes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides
Collaborate on product training and ensure accuracy in manuals and technical materials
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in electronics troubleshooting or technical support
Knowledge of AC/DC electrical wiring
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP/CRM systems
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with boating, RV, camping, ATV, or outdoor sporting equipment
Certifications like ABYC, NMEA, or MEI
FCC License
Soft Skills That Shine
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Ability to work through challenges with professionalism
Team player with excellent organizational skills

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
