Role Description This full‑time, Owner Operator Recruiter role is based in Lewisville, TX. As an Owner Operator Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding professional drivers interested in pursuing ownership opportunities. Key tasks include sourcing and reaching out to potential candidates, conducting interviews, explaining Lease‑on program details, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with both active and prospective drivers while supporting them with information and guidance for a seamless transition to ownership.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills to effectively engage, recruit, and guide potential candidates.
Knowledge of the trucking industry, recruitment processes, and compliance regulations.
Experience in building and managing relationships with owner‑operators, as well as coordinating and supporting onboarding processes.
Proficiency in using recruitment software tools, databases, and related technologies.
Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.
Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to address driver inquiries and concerns professionally.
A background in transportation, logistics, or related industries is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is an advantage.
