Your day to day as a SEO & Web Specialist As a SEO & Web Specialist at AdPro 360, you will be the driving force behind our clients' digital success, ensuring robust SEO foundations and seamless backend execution. In this growth‑focused role, you will begin in a non‑client‑facing capacity, providing essential support in executing SEO campaigns, managing website health, and deploying engaging email marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of reputable brands, including the Colorado State Fair and UCHealth. While overseeing on‑page and technical SEO, you will also take charge of content strategy and local SEO efforts. Your responsibilities will extend into website and WordPress management, troubleshooting, and data analysis, paving the way for your advancement into a Digital Marketing Specialist role.

What we're looking for in a SEO & Web Specialist To excel as a SEO & Web Specialist at AdPro 360, candidates should possess a blend of technical and creative skills. A minimum of two years of SEO experience within an agency setting is essential, alongside at least three years of WordPress website management, where comfort in backend operations, plugin management, and basic troubleshooting is critical. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in SEO tools such as SE Ranking (or alternatives like Semrush and Ahrefs) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). The ideal candidate will embody the "AdPro" mindset, demonstrating integrity, curiosity, and the ability to seamlessly transition between technical tasks and creative writing. While familiarity with paid media platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager and certifications in these areas are beneficial, knowledge of HTML/CSS and graphic design capabilities using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
