We’re looking for a confident and experienced
Senior Paid Social Executive
to join our growing Delivery Team. This role is suited to someone with at least 2 years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns independently — especially across LinkedIn, Meta, and other major social platforms. You’ll take ownership of mid‑sized advertiser patches, oversee end‑to‑end campaign activation, and contribute directly to strategy, testing, and performance reviews. This role reports into the Senior Paid Social Delivery Manager and is ideal for someone ready to lead on delivery while mentoring junior team members and driving quality across accounts. Key Responsibilities
Independently manage campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across multiple advertisers. Take lead responsibility for mid‑sized advertiser patches, ensuring consistent performance and reporting accuracy. Ensure best‑in‑class campaign tracking and data analysis across all activity. Work alongside Senior Delivery Manager(s) on key client projects. Lead paid social elements of client briefs — suggesting tactical approaches and appropriate platforms. Respond to queries from the Commercial and Account Teams promptly and with precision. Present bespoke post‑campaign analyses (PCAs) that deliver actionable insights and clear recommendations. Teamwork and Culture
Contribute meaningfully to internal calls and key account meetings — offering insight and value to client discussions. Support wider team, particularly more junior members. Champion Test & Learn initiatives, recommending and executing platform or creative tests. Engage in research projects to enhance Encore’s social delivery offering and stay current with evolving platforms. Lead by example in terms of punctuality, professionalism, and presence (including camera‑on culture). Offer peer support where needed and uphold Encore’s team‑first values. Skills Required
2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Paid Social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms. LinkedIn experience is a must for this role. Excellent understanding of platform strengths, campaign structuring, audience targeting, and performance analysis. Strong written and verbal communication — especially when distilling insights or responding to commercial stakeholders. A proactive mindset and problem‑solving attitude; able to identify and solve issues independently. High attention to detail, especially around campaign QA, naming conventions, and tracking implementation. A collaborative team player who helps others succeed and maintains high morale within the group. Familiarity with Encore’s core delivery frameworks and an interest in upskilling across platforms. Location: New York, NY Salary: $125,000 – $178,000 (annually) Employment type: Full‑time Experience required: Senior level
