Position Overview
Food Lead Worker at SodexoMagic – a joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Sodexo.
The role is based at the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts HQ, Lake Buena Vista.
Base pay range:
$20.00 per hour.
Location:
WALT DISNEY PARKS AND RESORTS HQ, LAKE BUENA VISTA – 84122010.
Workdays/shift:
Varying shifts, days and hours; open availability preferred. Detailed schedule will be provided during the interview process.
Employment type:
Full‑time.

Responsibilities
May work in any type of food location on client premises, under the leadership of on‑site management and/or supervisors.
Coordinate the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services.
Perform day‑to‑day assignments in addition to supervisory duties.
Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution.
Attend work and show up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
Qualifications

1 or more years of related work experience.
