Sales Representative - StretchLab
StretchLab is the national leader in assisted one‑on‑one stretching with over 94 franchise locations across the United States. StretchLab does more than just improve clients’ flexibility; it provides a comprehensive experience that enhances range‑of‑motion, mobility, muscle pain relief, posture, performance, and recovery. Clients are held accountable and supported by a community centered around wellness. StretchLab Willowbrook, IL is expanding its team and seeking a qualified Sales Representative focused on driving sales and service excellence to expand the StretchLab community.
Position The Sales Representative assists the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building relationships, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The role also supports retention and provides exceptional customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge and ClubReady proficiency are preferred but not required. This is a part‑time position with a flexible schedule.
Requirements
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Goal‑oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail.
Self‑motivated and takes initiative.
Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system.
Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills in person, phone, and email.
Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must have proficient computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Authorization to work in the United States required.
Responsibilities
Execute sales process of lead generation, follow‑up, and close.
Conduct facility tours while establishing relationships and targeting individual goals and needs.
Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
Emphasize and enforce the club’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
Present available services to current or prospective members.
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital events) to promote the club.
Assume responsibility for developing selling skills.
Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
Follow up and complete follow‑through activities with prospective clients.
Input inventory for retail clothing and other items.
Attend and complete all relevant training programs.
Take pictures for social media platforms.
Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
Other duties as assigned.
Compensation & Perks
This position offers a very competitive base rate.
Commission paid on sales.
