Sales Leader
This Sales Leader will oversee a fitness facility within the Willow Grove, PA area. This role is focused on providing an outstanding customer experience, driving revenue growth, and increasing profitability. In this position, you will take a hands‑on approach to leadership, guiding your team to meet and exceed sales goals and ensure consistent operational success.

Job Duties
Guide and support staff in maintaining high standards for customer service, operational consistency, and financial management.
Set clear expectations and provide ongoing coaching to direct reports to enhance performance and client satisfaction and retention.
Drive facility revenue and profit targets through active membership growth, secondary revenue streams, and streamlined operational practices.
Recruit, train, and develop direct reports and front‑line staff to sustain high levels of performance across the facilities.
Conduct routine facility evaluations to maintain quality standards, develop action plans, and coach for improvement.
Cultivate a work culture that encourages growth, internal development, and consistent performance.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high‑volume single‑unit facility within the wellness and/or fitness industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field preferred.
Ability to meet revenue and operational targets in a competitive environment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Problem‑solving mindset with a strong focus on team motivation and development.
