Inside Sales Representative – Arrow Electronics

What You Will Be Doing
Nurture and secure new business opportunities in designated territories.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling with current partner accounts to maximize revenue.
Find and recruit new customers and partners to grow the business.
Focus on customer renewals and contract extensions while maintaining strong relationships among stakeholders and client organizations.
Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed targets.
Gain a high‑level profile and trust within the partner base.
Participate in a sales compensation plan; a portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales‑related goals set forth by Arrow.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in a similar position within software solutions sales, partner organization, or IT channel sales.
Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitors preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills (hunting and farming) and capacity to upsell & cross‑sell.
Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
Self‑motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
US citizenship required by federal government contracting requirements.
Work Arrangement This position follows a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days per week from home.
Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate $21.47 - $26.24 per hour.
