Deliver high‑quality, compassionate nursing care
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
Accurately document care and communicate effectively with team members
Supervise nursing staff during shift and ensure quality standards are met
Promote a safe and positive environment for residents and staff
Participate in team meetings and support ongoing staff development
Qualifications
Current RN or LPN license in the State of Missouri (required)
Graduate of an approved nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting (preferred)
Excellent communication and clinical skills
