Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – WOW 7p-7a
Join Signature HealthCARE at Chapel Hill, NC. This full‑time position requires 12‑hour weekend shifts (Saturday, Sunday) and one additional weekday. Earn base pay plus weekend and shift differentials.

How You Will Make a Difference
Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by the Director of Nursing.
Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
What You Need To Make a Difference
Active LPN license in the state of residence.
Current/active CPR Certification.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
