RN Nursing Staffing Float Pool – Nights (Celebration)
Position Summary: RN Staffing float pool – nights (Celebration, FL). Full‑time, nights 7 p‑m – 7 a‑m, weekend rotation required. Location: 400 Celebration Pl, Celebration, FL 34747. Schedule and Shift:
Full time, nights 7 p‑m – 7 a‑m, weekend rotation required. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments – physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors. Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely per physician orders and hospital protocols; monitor for adverse reactions. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self‑care strategies. Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications:
Associate’s of Nursing (required); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred). Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience. Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS) – EV accredited (preferred). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement (required). Basic Life Support (BLS) – CPR Cert (required). Other certifications preferred (CET, CLC, CCMC, ECFM, ENPC, NRP, NIHSS, OCN, PALS, etc.).
Compensation:
$32.76 – $57.47 per hour. Benefits:
