Mennonite Home is our Skilled Nursing department. This department consists of 21 skilled nursing beds on each floor for a total of 42 skilled nursing beds. We provide 24‑hour post‑op, short-term, and long-term services and support.

Starting salary for LPN is between $29.50 - $33.85 per hour

What you will be doing Your problem‑solving skills will be put to the test as you supervise nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance. With your empathetic and resident‑centric approach, residents will receive the compassionate care they deserve. Responsibilities
Support Mennonite Village’s mission, vision, and purpose.
Effectively engage with elderly individuals.
Accurately document activities in writing.
Safely operate a Hoyer lift following the zero‑lift policy and procedures.
Ensure the delivery of quality care to our residents, promoting their comfort and wellbeing.
Provide supervision and support to our dedicated nursing staff.
Coordinate individualized care plans tailored to meet each resident’s unique needs.
Administer medications and treatments effectively, adhering to best practices and maintaining safety standards.
Maintain regulatory compliance, ensuring the facility meets all required guidelines.
Required Competencies
Possess a current, valid, and unencumbered LPN or RN license for the state of Oregon.
One year of clinical experience in long‑term care is preferred.
Current CPR certification.
Salary: $29.50 - $44.18 per hour
