We are currently seeking a

Phlebotomist

to work in a client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. Opportunities for continuous growth are also provided within the organization.

Location & Schedule Work Location: Germantown, MD

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible) and every other Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm.

Compensation Pay Range: $17.75 – $26.00 per hour. All offers are based on skills, experience, qualifications and market data. PSTs may be eligible for the PST Incentive Plan, paying a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Benefits Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible only for the 401(k) Plan. Employees scheduled 7 on / 7 off are eligible for all benefits except PTO or FTO. Job Responsibilities

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.

Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.

Enter patient information accurately and timely.

Process billing information and collect payments when required.

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.

Maintain patient and specimen information logs.

Provide superior customer service to all patients.

Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

Travel to additional sites when needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Phlebotomy certification, completed training program, or prior experience as a phlebotomist.

At least 1 year of compensated, hands‑on phlebotomy experience in a clinical or laboratory setting (preferred).

Proven phlebotomy procedures on patients of all age groups (preferred).

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Comfortable working under minimal supervision.

Reliable transportation required.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
