Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
SkyCare ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Join a mission‑driven team committed to meaningful progress using evidence‑based approaches such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET), in settings including homes, schools, and clinics.
Base pay range $24.00 /hr - $28.00 /hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans
Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members
Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success

Qualifications
RBT certified
Experience with children and passion for supporting those with ASD
Physical ability to participate in active play and therapeutic activities
Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
