Base pay range
$26.22/hr – $39.33/hr
Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to facilitate the continuum of care and education of patients with chronic diseases. Utilizes Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and evidence‑based care to provide effective and ethical nutrition counseling to patients. Employs motivational interviewing techniques to facilitate behavior change. Assesses data reflective of patient's nutritional requirements relative to age‑specific needs. Collaborates with Population Health for nutrition articles, media programs, and/or outpatient programs.
Bachelor’s degree or higher and completion of an ACEND‑accredited Dietetic Internship. 3‑5 years of experience in nutrition counseling including motivational interviewing. Commission on Dietetics Registration. New Hampshire licensure required upon hire.
Compensation
Minimum Pay: $26.22/hr
Maximum Pay: $39.33/hr
