Float Pool Nurse RN/LVN/CNA
OPCO Skilled Management is looking for licensed and certified nursing professionals (RN, LVN/LPN, and CNAs) to provide care in nursing homes via our Rapid Response Team (RRT) program. Deployments are typically 6–8 weeks, with 12‑hour AM or PM shifts as needed within 24‑hour operations. Active license/certification is required.
Compensation:
$22.00 / hr $35.00 / hr $45.00 / hr

Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Aide license in the practicing state.
At least two years of experience.
Excellent attendance and customer‑service advocacy.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all duties as assigned in accordance with facility policies, nursing care procedures, and safety regulations.
Make resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter.
Verify resident identification before providing care or serving food.
Report missing ID bands to the admission coordinator immediately.
Prepare beds, clean bedside and over‑bed tables, and ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and within reach.
Perform other related duties as directed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
