About the Role
Join our Physical Rehabilitation team in Aurora, supporting specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics.
In this role you will:
Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team‑based environment.
Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume:
30‑minute follow‑up visits.
No pressure to double‑book.
Built‑in documentation time.
Maintain a predictable full‑time schedule: Monday‑through‑Friday, with two evenings per week until 7 PM and last patient scheduled at 6 PM.
Support, Growth, and Practice Environment
60‑minute evaluations with no double booking.
Built‑in documentation time to support work‑life balance.
Structured mentorship and a robust continuing education platform.
New Graduate Mentorship Program with live training and expert support.
Special Interest Groups in spine, vestibular rehab, sports medicine, pelvic health, pediatrics, and more.
Clear pathways into leadership, education, and specialty roles.
Network of 39 clinics and over 200 PTs and OTs.
No required marketing or business development responsibilities.
Qualifications
Degree from an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
Certification in Physical Therapy and a valid state license to practice.
Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation range: $77,000 – $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience, with potential sign‑on bonus.
