About the Role

Join our Physical Rehabilitation team in Aurora, supporting specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics.

In this role you will:

Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team‑based environment.

Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume:

30‑minute follow‑up visits.

No pressure to double‑book.

Built‑in documentation time.

Maintain a predictable full‑time schedule: Monday‑through‑Friday, with two evenings per week until 7 PM and last patient scheduled at 6 PM.

Support, Growth, and Practice Environment

60‑minute evaluations with no double booking.

Built‑in documentation time to support work‑life balance.

Structured mentorship and a robust continuing education platform.

Qualifications

Degree from an accredited physical therapy curriculum.

Certification in Physical Therapy and a valid state license to practice.

Compensation & Benefits

Base compensation range: $77,000 – $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience, with potential sign‑on bonus.
