Truck Driver - Local Class A – $10K Retention Bonus – Penske Logistics
Immediate Opportunities: Full‑time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers
Average $105,539 annually
$10,000 retention bonus
Dedicated route
Local, home daily
What you will do:
Perform multi‑stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
X stops per route
Schedule:
Dispatch time 9:15 pm
5‑day schedule: Monday through Friday
Average 60 hours per week
Home daily
You will drive:
Late model, Penske maintained trucks
Best‑in‑class specs designed for comfort and safety
Equipped with inward and outward facing in‑cab cameras to ensure safety for all

Qualifications:
Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card required.
1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 5 years.
3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
English language proficiency required in compliance with federal law.
Work the required schedule, work at the specific location, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
Regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company. Ability to remain alert and work safely is required. Associates must accept responsibility for their own safety and that of others.
Physical Requirements:
The physical and mental demands described are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
The associate must be able to see and hear, with specific vision abilities required including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
The associate must be able to move frequently, stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs/23 kg and may occasionally lift or move up to 100 lbs/45 kg.
The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle, as well as the rear cargo area.
