Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to provide
home-based primary care
to patients in
Ocean County, NJ .
This is primary care the way it was meant to be practiced.
What You’ll Love About This Role
Just 6–10 patients per day
(on average) with up to
60 minutes per visit
Care for a consistent, elderly patient panel in their homes
Monday–Friday schedule
that protects your personal time
Independence in the field with full clinical and operational support
