Liquor Store Assistant Manager

Overview The Liquor Store Assistant Manager assists the Liquor Store Manager by directing and managing all phases of the liquor store operations. Duties include assisting the Liquor Store Director in carrying out store plans and activities.
Responsibilities
Perform all aspects of store operations including bookkeeping, operating a cash register, loading and unloading trucks, transporting merchandise, stocking shelves, receiving, pricing products, ordering products, and performing inventory audits.
Direct staff, including assigning workload, counseling, training, performance evaluations and supervision.
Assist the Liquor Store Director in carrying out store plans and activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct audits.
Ensure compliance with all state and company regulations.

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age; 21 or older where required.
Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.
