Manager Trainee – Menards – a paid, full‑time, hands‑on training program designed to develop you for a future in Menards Management. You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build a deep understanding of our business and prepare you to take on a management role in the near future. Menards’ promote‑from‑within culture and success rely on leaders who complete this program. Upon completion, you will be eligible for promotion to any of our 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers. Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team to meet daily store objectives. Assist in operational management of the store, including inventory, sales, and customer service. Support management team in implementing corporate initiatives and store policies. Participate in training sessions and apply best practices across the business. Qualifications
Outstanding customer service skills. Ability to lead and develop a team. Preferred: Business‑related degree or prior leadership experience. Benefits
