The role involves actively monitoring the premises, patrolling a variety of locations, preserving order while enforcing regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area, and frequently providing customer service and information to client employees and customers.

Responsibilities

Monitor premises and conduct regular patrols.

Respond to alarms and incidents promptly.

Enforce site rules and maintain order of personnel and visitors.

Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.

Document incidents and prepare reports as required.

Qualifications

No previous security experience required. A background in retail, food service, or hospitality is a great fit.

Strong communication skills and the ability to observe and respond effectively.

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Basic computer skills for reporting.

Benefits and Pay Base Pay Range:

$12.00/hr – $18.00/hr.
