Working both independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, the APP utilizes critical thinking, evidence-based practice, and procedural expertise to deliver high-quality patient care. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage complex medical conditions in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Education and Certification Must be a board-certified and licensed: Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) Physician Assistant/Associate (PA) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Experience Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a critical care setting as an NP, PA, or ICU RN is preferred. Strong working knowledge of critical care medicine, including fluid resuscitation, vasopressor management, hemodynamic monitoring, and mechanical ventilation. Skills And Competencies Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to synthesize and analyze complex patient data. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Proficiency in procedural skills relevant to critical care. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail. We are an equal opportunity employer.
