Key Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Housekeeping and housekeeping management staff in expediting the many administrative paperwork details related to the housekeeping departments.
Administer Lost and Found Policy.
Prepare the Vacant Dirty Report.
Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheets, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
Complete safety training and certifications.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Qualifications
Hospitality oriented.
Knowledge of HotSOS program, preferred.
Must be able to bend, squat, stretch, and lift weighing up to 50 pounds.
Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Able and willing to perform basic cleaning duties.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).
