Job Description Step into a leadership role where your passion will be the foundation for inspiring your team to achieve operational excellence. While this role will have a primary focus on one outlet or department, the expectation is that the supervisor will assist and lead across all food and beverage venues as business needs require.
The Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a key role in leading service excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding luxury service standards, regulatory compliance, and brand expectations.

Provide coaching, training, and daily leadership to food and beverage team members, through our ENRICH values
Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed consistently
Deliver exceptional guest experiences across all assigned outlets
Uphold service standards, merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation expectations
Prepare and oversee the preparation of beverages and food items according to recipes and quality standards, as applicable to the outlet
Ensure guests are served quickly, courteously, and efficiently
Train team members on menus, products, and service knowledge so they can confidently engage with guests
Proactively anticipate operational needs, resolve issues, and maintain smooth service flow
Support cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of all food and beverage spaces
Maintain clear, professional communication with service and management teams
Assist guests with menu questions and provide recommendations
Act as a guide to the guest experience within food and beverage venues
Ensure all items are properly stocked and inventory levels are maintained
The starting range for this position is $28.00. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Current Food Handler’s Card
RBS Training Required
Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
Demonstrated ability to lead by example and provide excellent customer service
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Team‑oriented mindset
Demonstrates initiative and follow‑through
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
