The Role The Catering Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting M&G’s drop-off catering revenue and sales operations. This position sits at the center of client communication, proposals, and internal coordination — ensuring every order is accurate, timely, and executed to our service standards.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales, Sales Managers, Operations, and Kitchen teams, supporting drop-off catering, DO+, and event-related sales, while also assisting with outbound outreach and marketing initiatives.

What You'll Support Client Communication & Sales Operations

Manage daily communication with drop-off catering clients

Prepare and maintain proposals, invoices, and job details

Track jobs, deadlines, and updates in Trello and Tripleseat

Prepare daily jobsheets and menus for printing

Liaise with Operations and Kitchen to ensure seamless execution

DO+ & Event Support

Assist with DO+ and event documentation, rentals, staffing, and run-sheets

Support tastings, site visits, and internal sales meetings as needed

Assist in preparing Event & DO+ related materials — BEOs, menus and staffing documents

Sales & Marketing Support

Support the sales team in meeting monthly revenue goals

Assist with outbound sales outreach and follow-ups

Help maintain relationships with past, lost, and high-value clients

Support Instagram communication, content planning, and scheduling

Who We Are

2+ years of administrative or sales support experience (catering, events, or hospitality preferred)

Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail

Confident, professional communicator

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Familiar with Trello, Tripleseat, or CRM tools (preferred)

Passionate about food, hospitality, and client experience
