Ralph Lauren We are looking for an energetic and customer‑focused Sales Supervisor to join our store leadership team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will drive sales, cultivate an inclusive team environment, and ensure the highest level of customer experience. As a member of the Store Leadership team, you will execute strategic plans to achieve profitable business outcomes and provide coaching and support to the sales team. Responsibilities

Lead the team by example, coaching, and providing feedback. Monitor and achieve sales targets and KPIs. Implement clienteling strategies and promote brand loyalty. Execute promotional activities, sales events, and support inventory control. Ensure consistent customer experience aligned with Ralph Lauren and CEL standards. Participate in recruitment and interview processes. Supervise daily cash transactions, deposits, and register balancing. Maintain compliance with health/safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications

Retail supervisory or similar industry experience. Fashion insights and awareness of industry trends. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required. Strong planning, prioritization, and time‑management skills. Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, management, and co‑workers. Business acumen and ability to operate the register, stand, and move for multiple hours. Job Details
