Account Manager Rockstar: Build Relationships, Drive Client Success Are you passionate about fostering strong client relationships and driving the success of TikTok Shop and other social commerce projects? At Joybyte, our Account Managers serve as the primary liaison for our clients, deeply understanding their needs and clearly communicating the value of our services. In this role, you'll coordinate both internal and external teams to manage social media calendars and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

What you will do as an Account Manager:

Become a Client Champion:

Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their needs and goals.

Onboard with Enthusiasm:

Create a positive and engaging onboarding experience for new clients.

Social Media Maestro:

Develop and maintain clear project timelines for social media campaigns and manage the creation and delivery of high‑quality content on time and within client specifications.

Collaborative Champion:

Lead client meetings with confidence and foster effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.

Communication is Key:

Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, keeping them informed of progress and addressing questions and concerns promptly.

Knowledge and skills required:

Minimum 2 years experience in Account Management (digital marketing preferred).

Strong understanding of social commerce and e‑commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.) and content marketing best practices.

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Proven experience managing client accounts across diverse platforms.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills to develop and implement winning social media strategies.

Proficiency in project management tools and Google Suite.

A passion for social media and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.
