Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors Manage access control Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications
Authorized to work in the United States High School Diploma or GED (documentation required) Passed an extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Basic phone and computer skills Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation to the site (no local bus routes nearby) Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus State license, if required STATE LICENSE NUMBER IF REQUIRED In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company certified by Great Place to Work.
