Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing the company’s selling philosophy. Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting. Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics. Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records. Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs. Ensure the maintenance of the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes. Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Physical & Office/Site Presence : This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment.
