What You’ll Do
Conduct exterior inspections for roofs, gutters, and siding
Educate homeowners and build trust through expert guidance
Write and close roofing contracts
Collect payments and manage paperwork
Oversee each project from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide the best customer service across the industry and hospitality
What You Need
Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
Self-starter mentality; motivated, disciplined, and coachable
Reliable transportation capable of carrying a ladder
Willing to work a five-day work week with Saturdays optional
Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and lift 50 lbs
Not afraid of heights and able to work outdoors
Strong communication skills with a goal‑oriented mindset
Cell phone required
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Eligibility to use company trucks (must be 21+ with approved MVR)
