Overview As an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector, you will deliver trusted, award‑winning pest protection services to homeowners. You will build relationships, make strategic recommendations and drive sales in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities Interpret Orkin’s termite protection services, perform 360‑degree inspections, and recommend solutions that protect families. Build trust and achieve sales goals through prospecting, appointment setting, and consultative selling.
Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity toward customers and coworkers.
Serve as an empathetic problem solver, using training to recommend the best pest solution.
Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
Make recommendations based on inspection findings, addressing questions and setting expectations.
Use the iPad we provide to prepare sales agreements and organize job details.
We Offer
Competitive earnings from $60,000 to $100,000 per year plus a company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment.
During the initial 90‑day training period, pay is $23 per hour; after licensure, compensation transitions to a base salary plus commission.
