Job Type: Full-time, in-office position.
Job Description The ideal applicant will have experience in default operations, specifically with post foreclosure HUD/VA conveyance matters.
Requirements
Ability to recognize and understand the difference between Non‑Judicial, Judicial, and Quasi‑Judicial Foreclosure processes
Preparation of deeds and compiling of Final Title Package submissions in accordance with FHA/VA regulations and set deadlines
Proofread own work and the work of others
Manage multiple and varying client system workloads
Preferred Qualifications
Multi‑State experience with FHA/VA or Final Title Conveyance at high volume level
Recognize and resolve Mobile Home issues prior to Final Title Conveyance
Communicate with clients to obtain missing documentation or to clarify information needed for Final Title Package submission
Utilize online resources, courthouse computer systems, and courthouse records
Comfortable calling Tax Collectors and Assessors, Clerks of Court, and Register of Deeds Offices
Able to review real property title searches, deeds, and tax records
Skills & Abilities
Notaries or candidates willing to become a notary preferred
Ability to prioritize numerous tasks in a high‑volume environment
Excellent customer service skills including professional conduct in communicating with Attorneys, Co‑Workers, and Clients
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Technologically proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel, along with other electronic databases. (Excel – able to add/delete rows and columns, sort and filter, search for data within a workbook and other basic formatting)
Proficiency with operating in a digital document environment
Knowledge of client management systems including Black Knight and Tempo a plus
