Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a PRN Weekend Physical Therapist to provide high‑quality care in our in‑house therapy program across multiple Midwest locations.
Base pay range:
$50.00/hr - $58.00/hr
Continuum Rehab Group provides in‑house therapy with skilled nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri. This role offers $50-$58 DOE. Experience & Qualifications:
Must have graduated from an accredited university and hold a valid (or in‑process) license in the appropriate state. This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.
Some Duties for This Position Include:
Utilizes evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions.
Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
Supervises physical therapy assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
