Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling in various settings under supervision to meet client needs. Complete intake and comprehensive assessments within designated time frames. Determine and document diagnoses based on assessments while developing individualized treatment plans. Participate in clinical staffing meetings and provide insightful feedback on pertinent cases. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure authorized services and accurate communication. Maintain documentation in accordance with state standards, making necessary corrections promptly. Assist clients through transitions, completing required correspondence. Represent the agency professionally within the community while maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Handle crisis situations effectively and coordinate emergency services as necessary. Facilitate group education, family therapy, and individual counseling, including specialized services. Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Holds provisional licensure as a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) required (or higher licensure). Holds Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the applicable state is preferred. Must be able to obtain full licensure and is willing to become licensed in additional states. Comfortable providing telehealth services, with training provided. Additional Qualifications
Successful completion of a background check including criminal record and driving record. Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance. Completion of mandatory training within specified timelines. Physical Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing during work shifts. Jobs are considered sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally. Position Perks & Benefits
