Lead your unit during 6P–6A overnight shifts, ensuring safe, compassionate, and efficient resident care Supervise and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and other overnight team members Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to achieve top-quality outcomes Uphold all state and federal long-term-care regulations and facility policies Qualifications

Active Iowa RN license (or ability to obtain quickly) Current CPR certification Working knowledge of long-term-care regulations preferred (we’ll train the right candidate) Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and resident dignity Ready to Apply
