Phoenix Metropolitan Area, Interventional Pain Management Physician Opening

Clinical Role:

Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible pain management physician

Accepted Training Pathway: Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology

Required:

Pain Management Fellowship (ACGME Accredited)

Pain management Certification must be through the ABA

Must have 2 years of experience

Join a very busy private practice

Provider must be interested and trained in interventional pain procedures

EMR: NextGen

Procedures are done in the office setting

Call: 1 week (every 6 weeks)
