Location: Webster City, Iowa. Hours: 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. (PRN).

Responsibilities As an LPN, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work ensures residents receive high‑standard care: administering medications and nursing care as directed by individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for residents. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail are essential to keep residents comfortable and safe.
Requirements Minimum: unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
