We are seeking a qualified
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
for a 13-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting. This role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders to improve overall communication and quality of life. Key Responsibilities
Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy services in accordance with physician orders and care plans Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and timely Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy goals and strategies Qualifications
Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license (must be current) Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SLP Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care preferred Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills Additional Details
