Position Summary As a Soccer Stars coach you'll play a key role in positively impacting children within our community. Beyond introducing soccer skills, you'll nurture self-confidence, encourage growth, and create small moments that make a big impact - both on and off the field.
Hiring Process
First, we’ll message you to schedule a 20‑25 minute video or phone interview
Next, we’ll invite you out to the fields to see our classes, meet our coaches and participate in a class to see if this is something you would enjoy
Lastly, if you are chosen, we’ll complete your background check and you’ll be ready to start coaching within a few days!
Responsibilities
Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
Use a non‑competitive approach to keep classes fun with a stress‑free environment
Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
Participate in regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
Qualifications
Fun, friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
Comfortable in a childcare and pre‑school environment (Early Childhood Education units a plus)
Ability to lead or assist classes for children 1‑7+ years old
Adapt to varying ages and abilities
Genuine love for children and confidence to teach games and skills in a fun and energetic manner
Schedule Available shifts: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 12:00 am, Monday – Friday 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 8:30 am – 12:30 pm. Times vary and can be discussed during interview.
