Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings such as inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, acute care, and long-term care Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care planning Conduct discharge planning and pain management strategies Required Skills
Master's degree in Physical Therapy Experience in orthopedic, geriatric, and long-term care settings is a plus Strong knowledge of care planning and treatment interventions BLS certification Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Nice To Have Skills
Experience in acute care settings Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance reimbursement processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Salary And Benefits
Minimum Salary: $90,000.00 (plus unlimited bonus structure) Median Salary: $105,000.00 (includes unlimited bonus structure) Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance 401(k), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Medical Flexible Spending Account Flexible Schedules, Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off Short-Term Disability Company Information
