Concierge Security Ambassador GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. If you thrive on building meaningful connections, this role requires exceptional customer service skills in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.

Manage access control.

Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.

Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.

Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.

Answer questions in person or by phone.

Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.

Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Possess documentation of high school diploma or GED.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Basic phone and computer skills.

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

New York Security License required.
