Job Description
Work independently at multiple locations; spend time inside and outside the facilities. Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations. Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal, keeping them clean and free of debris.
Qualifications
Experience:
Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies. Transportation:
Required to have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between different work locations or conduct other work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement available.
