The Warehouse Associate plays a pivotal role in the success of our client fulfillment needs. They are responsible for assisting with merchandising stock in an efficient and timely manner to meet the daily inventory replenishment demands.

Responsibilities
Receiving, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
Scan items into the warehouse management system.
Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
Organizing the warehouse space.
Preparing orders for shipment.
Picking orders for shipment.
Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
Operating stock management tools, such as powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
Routine cleaning duties.
Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized.
Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
Maintain individual productivity and quality against department standards.
Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Valid state-issued driver’s license. Clean driving record (subject to MVR check).
Must be at least 21 years old (insurance requirement).
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach.
Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/or stairs) or balance.
May be subject to environmental conditions with weather protection as applicable.
Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to focus.
Attention to detail, great communication, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
Must be able to work well with other staff and supervisors; open availability and flexible to various shifts and overtime.
1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse; maintain and promote workplace safety.
Securing and transferring cash or other assets. (If applicable to role.)
