The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain the parking lot, restrooms, receiving area, and other store areas.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform general housekeeping duties as required.

Ensure safe and sanitary conditions for customers and employees.

Follow store policies and procedures regarding cleaning schedules and safety.
