As a Senior Brand Manager- Innovation, you will serve as a key leadership figure responsible for driving the category's long-term innovation strategy. You will lead the ideation, development, and execution of category innovation, setting the vision, assessing early opportunities, and ensuring final market readiness. This role demands exemplary leadership, executive-level strategic thinking, exceptional creativity, sophisticated project governance, and the ability to lead, develop, and influence a multi-disciplinary team, including direct reports. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Innovation & Pipeline Leadership Vision Setting & Portfolio Ownership: Own and develop a comprehensive 3-5 year innovation portfolio and growth strategy, proactively identifying and prioritizing breakthrough white space opportunities, business gaps, and product solutions that directly align with long-term corporate priorities. Consumer Advocacy: Maintain a relentless \"people-obsessed\" focus by monitoring global emerging category trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior shifts. You will be the ultimate champion and voice of the consumer in all executive-level strategic decisions. Cultural Transformation: Embed a high-impact culture of innovation across the organization by championing new global marketing practices, advanced strategic thinking, and transformative technology adoption. Act as an inspiring thought leader and a visible change agent within the company and with external partners. Research, Insights, and Value Creation Strategic Insights Governance: Direct the consumer learning agenda by establishing strategic priorities and governance with the Insights team, leading complex global qualitative and quantitative research efforts to unlock new growth vectors. Concept Architect: Translate deep research findings and complex consumer "jobs to be done" into transformative, high-value solutions and commercial concepts that generate significant perceivable consumer value and market disruption. Executive Project Governance & Cross-Functional Leadership Program Management & Accountability: Lead complex, multi-year innovation programs by establishing governance and orchestrating multiple high-performing, global cross-functional teams (including Sales, Brand Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Packaging, and Design). Executive Flawless Execution: Own and ensure best-in-class execution of the innovation portfolio through the stage-gate process, consistently delivering strong results across a significant number of simultaneous, high-priority initiatives. Executive Influence & Buy-in: Design and deliver persuasive, executive-level presentations to influence and secure buy-in from C-suite and senior global leaders. You will be responsible for synthesizing complex project updates, strategic recommendations, and multi-year growth plans. External Ecosystem Leadership: Lead high-stakes partnerships with external agencies, start-ups, and vendors to amplify innovative thinking, secure necessary external expertise, and accelerate new opportunities to market. Talent Development & People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Brand Managers and/or Associate Brand Managers. Be accountable for their performance management, career development, and building a high-performance innovation culture within the team. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. 10+ years of total progressive commercial experience (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance), with at least 5 years specifically in Brand Marketing or Innovation leadership roles. Prior experience directly managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports (e.g., Brand Managers, Associate Brand Managers). Preferred Qualifications

MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field. 8+ years of relevant CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience, ideally in a global or multi-market context. Demonstrated mastery in creativity, strategic foresight, and complex business acumen. Proven track record of driving significant, measurable business results and successfully influencing cross-functional global partners and senior executive leadership. Exceptional organizational, program management, and governance skills with the ability to lead multiple complex programs simultaneously while maintaining absolute delivery excellence. Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise-level data-driven decision-making, effectively storytelling with complex data, and translating macro-insights into compelling narratives that influence stakeholders and secure multi-million dollar investments. Compensation And Benefits

Salary Range $139,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
